What should be my workout plan?

Im About 6'1
Im 17 years old
Im 217 pounds
Im a male

I dont wanna be too bulky but i wanna be cut and lean. I'd like my work out plan to be 5 times a week (mon - friday). What should be my eating habits? If you need any other info just let me know. I think i should lose weight before building muscles but i'm not sure. I have local gym accessible to me, and i also have a full weight set and treadmill at home.

I honestly wanna be tough and have a six pack. Btw i am pretty chubby and dont work out at all. Just starting out.

Basically what im asking is what should be my daily routine at the gym? or what should be my fitness plan be?
I lost 27 pounds off insanity last year when I was 14 years old! I did it for about 1month1/2 but I didn't eat healthy I'd just go on whats called a calorie diet! & do insanity! It's hard but it will pay off in the end! All I can say about insanity is start drinking lots of water! & water also helps u lost weight
Eat healthy not too much sugary stuff either and everyday workout a different body part like day 1 do arms day 2 do shoulders and back day 3 do abs day 4 do chest and day 5 do legs and cardio and try out different routines not just the same stuff over n over cus you'll get bored n stop workingout n hit a punching bag too

Mon- Sit ups and lift weightsTues- push ups and run Then continue as follows do what you did Monday then the next day do Tuesdays schedule .
