Without a saw how can one thick slice a frozen chunk of boneless beef?

ONE BIG CHUNK, would like to slice off a inch thick piece without defrosting whole chunk. Chunk is about six inches thick.

Axe it... But, If you do this often, buy a band saw. Otherwise, if you have tools, a table saw, A reciprocating saw, an electric miter saw. A radial arm saw.....Don't forget to wash the cut you sliced. Clean the saw as well.

Try a sharp meat cleaver....

Use an ice pick or an awl. Punch along a line. Turn the piece and continue punching. Meat will split where perforated. Works on anything edable and frozen. .
