"Moving on" is a decision that two people have to make together and clearly she's not ready for more. Frankly, I think she has the right idea. Kids today move WAY too fast.

Ok, so she is not ready for a heavy duty relationship. That is entirely reasonable. After all, it will be seven more years before you are old enough to vote. Just be good friends and maybe one day you will have been good friends for seven years. That is a pretty good thing to look forward to.
