I want to learn Chinese-Mandarin, but Rosetta Stone seems a bit above the price I am looking for. I need to know some system that covers fluent Chinese including grammar. And how long does it take to learn?

For Spanish, I use an app called duolingo. It is working fairly well for me but I'm not sure if it has Chinese. This app is also free.
