Most are compensated....but that does NOTHING for the mental anguish they had to endure which I think is horrible. They should receive HUGE monetary compensation.

Like if they were never guilty? I forgot which amendment but there's an amendment that say you go through trials first. Yeah i think, i may be wrong. So before you go to prison you have to go to the trials first to see whether your guilty or not. I may have only half of the answer that your looking for..
