How to lose belly weight?

I need some workouts or anything to lose belly weight. that area is the one I feel most uncomfortable with. I'm perfectly fine with everything else. and I don't want to lose any from my legs or gluteus area
If you isolate one area it's actually harder to lose weight in that place. With that said I would suggest abdominal exercises, running, an making a healthier diet change. Nutrition is one of the most important factors in weight loss/gain. You could do 100 crunches a day but if you don't make the right nutritional changes you will not see results.
find for circuits that includes Planks and crunches and leg raises. do the circuits. its the key.
If you want to loose belly fat, then do crunches and eat healthy.:)
Crunches, and a diet. A lot of water too. Like fruits and actual water will help. Try toning it, the fat will go away and you will look thinner
Eat right, get daily aerobic exercise and do crunches. Many, many, crunches, everyday.
