Usually i would turn my head the other side so then the clogged up nose (lets say left) moves to the right :)So if you lay down on your right, your left clogged nose will move to the right :)

depends on if its mucus or nasal swelling. for mucus, try blowing your nose, and if that doesn't work, try an antihistamine. for swelling, take an anti-inflammatory and breathing in steam.

Tell it your gonna play tag and to start running while you count to ten. Lol. Just kidding. You can go to any drugstore and get a decongestion to loosen all the mucus you might have built up.
