How to get rid of sore muscles?

Yesterday I had a hard practice and woke up very sore. Tonight I have another practice that I have to go to, and can't skip. I've been stretching a lot today and I was wondering if there are any ways to help relieve soreness at least a little by tonight? Thank you!

Drink a BUNCH of water, with lemon or lime in it if you like, then ice down the places that hurt the most, and follow that up with a hot bath with Epsom Salt; the Epsom Salt container should tell you how much to put in the bath, and if you like, add a couple drops of lavender oil to help relax you. Besides stretching before, after, and anytime you think about it during the day, that's about all you can do. That, and think; "I must be getting super ripped!" Positive thoughts. Just keep stretching, use some Ben Gay and mage wherever you are sore and if you can, take a warm/ hot bath with Epsomsalt. i don't know what sport you play but i play volleyball and when we would have 2-a days i would be really sore when i wasn't moving, but once i got back on the court... i would still be in pain but not as much. You also need to make sure u didn't pull or strain a Muscle!
