You mean 'What's the catalyst that makes earth's air turn into wind'? I've been wondering the same.

On a basic level, the wind blows because of worldwide differences in air pressure and the rotation of the earth. As the Earth rotates the Sun heats up different regions while areas unexposed to the sun cool. Hot air (and any gas) expands, creating pockets of high pressure. Systems like this to try and equalize themselves, so air travels from areas of high pressure to areas with lower pressure. Since the world continues to rotate, heat, and cool, wind continues to blow.

To keep the oxygen flowing.

Differential heating by the sun leads to pressure differences in the atmosphere. Warm air is less dense and cold air is more dense which translates into the pressure differential. The higher pressure air then tries to flow into the area of low pressure which in turn creates wind.
