It depends on how committed you are, find an effective way to exercise such as running or cycling and do it regularly, create a routine. Also you have to eat healthy also create a "routine" because it will help fight urges that you might initially have. Good Luck!

If I were you if I were trying to lose weight I would go for losing 5 pounds which would be like two weeks depending on what you're doing to lose weight and your age

106 is actually a better weight to be at if you're 5"1'
