How to maintain my stress?

I have a issue with my stress... i also get annoyed VERY easily... what to do? im afraid i might hurt myself with getting angry
Since your conscious mind can hold only one thought at a time, either positive or negative, if you deliberately choose a positive thought to dwell upon, you keep your mind optimistic and your emotions positive. Since your thoughts and feelings determine your actions, you will tend to be a more constructive person, and you will start moving forward and more rapidly toward the goals that you have chosen.
Remind yourself: everyone gets stressed out! It's ok to be upset- but not ok to hurt yourself. Take out a piece of paper (or ask a question on this forum) and try to get a solution or a plan to fix your problem. You will feel better after you know there are several ways to fix it!

I would talk to a psychologist. If you are on any medicine, then it might be leaving that for a side effect. Tell the psychologist that and see if you can be subscribed to something better. I would get depressed often with medication I use to be on, but now I'm on something better.
You need to remember to calm down. Take a deep breath and count to 10. It's not good for your health to be like that if you still can't calm down go see a phyciatrist and they can maybe give you a sedative to help you calm down.
Practice calming exercises. Take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds, then release it slowly before doing anything when you're angry. Talk out your issues before they blow up in your face. If there's somebody in particular that's pushing your buttons, come up with a non-rude non-threatening way of telling that person that there's something wrong. Better communication can often go a long way towards defusing volatile situations.
