first time babysitting and I need to know some fun things that might be fun to do. (we can't leave the house or use the oven. but we can go outside)

Playing games outside is always fun! Obstacle courses and such. Girls also like to play princess and dress up, do things that are fun for her but Also make her feel grown up.

Blow up two balloons then take chocolate that gets hard and pant it on half of the balloons then place them in a bool once there hard pop the balloon then fill the chocolate with ice-cream it's a nice treat and a fun way to make it
