Can wine be made out of other fruits?

It has crossed my mind that it can't possibly be made just from grapes. I want to know if it can be made from other fruits

Yes, you can make wine out of just about any fruit. If it's just called wine it's made from grapes. If they make it out of other fruit, it's usually labeled with the name of that fruit. Blackberry wine for instance. Brandy is distilled wine. They first started doing that to make it easier to ship and people were supposed to add water to it but it became popular to drink it as it was.

You can make wine from any fruit, peaches, cherries, blackberries, etc. They all contain sugar, so they can be fermented to make wine.

Only grapes white / red ,if it is made with other fruits then it's not wine ..If they can do it I don't think it will tastes like the grape one

Absolutely. You can make wine out of almost anything really.

Alcoholic drinks made from other fruit are normally considered Brandy.Apricot Brandy for instance.A guy in my high school class got a scholarship from a group that operated in the Brandy alcoholic beverage business.
