Plants photosynthesize sunlight and are provided with clorofill and give out air, we can we do with sun sunlight.

Nup, we don't photosynthesize unfortunately- would be good for people in poverty though. The only effect the sun has in our cells is it provides us with Vit D, which is easier to absorb through the skin, than from foods.
