Why am i having bad headaches?

I am a 16 year old girl and i have been having these headaches. They will start from the back of my neck where it connects to my skull, and it can extend to my temples on both sides. Whenever i get these headaches, i feel dizzy and nauseous. The nausea intensifies the more i move my neck.
Aside from the headaches, I have been getting light headed a lot more. First it starts out with my vision disappearing, normally resulting in me falling to the ground. Following immediately after, with a horrible throbbing in my head. I mean it feels like my head is going to explode. Then it all stops and i'm fine again. This all take place over a span of like 60 seconds or less. I will get this multiple times a day, some days, or as little as once a week. There is no pattern.
I am generally concerned with this. If anyone has any information, please help me out!
drink more water.
You need to see a doctor. These can be migraine headaches, which are miserable to go through. You can try over the counter meds, such as Excedrin Migraine, or you can use peppermint essential oil, but your best bet is to have your doctor check you out. Good luck.
Sounds like a tension headache Tension headaches, the most common type, feel like a constant ache or pressure around the head, especially at the temples or back of the head and neck. Not as severe as migraines, they don't usually cause nausea or vomiting, and they rarely halt daily activities. Please go see a doctor.
this sounds like stress induced migraines or " cluster" headaches. please visit your physician for help or you may get worse.
