Not very knowledgeable about agent orange, but it's possible. Make lists of things you need to do. It you have a calendar in your computer, like Outlook, put appointments in there set to "ding" and remind you. I do that; I'll be doing whatever needs doing around the house (computer is on all day) and Outlook will "ding" and the reminder will have something like: "Dentist Appointment at 1:00. Get dressed and go catch the bus."

no agent Orange does not have an association with memory loss

That would put you around 62 years old (if not older). Could also be just a natural aging process. Talk to your doctor about ginseng supplements or if there is something you need specific to your history.

I have short term memory loss due to collateral damage from a brain tumor removal. I have greatly improved my memory by doing brain exercises. I do the USA Today crossword puzzle every day and use the website www.lumosity.com. Try it, it's a lot of fun.
