Nobody at work should care how your forehead looks. Treat it as if you have a sinus cold - ignore anyone who stares.

If you're a girl put concealer on it. If you're a guy - well, nobody is looking that hard at your face anyway.

Apply a cold towel to it to help eliminate the reddening.
