Are you diabetic ? Do you have gout ? Do you have arthritis ? Recent strenuous exercise ? Improper shoes ?

The best person to answer this is a trained podiatrist(foot doctor) so as soon as you're able, seek council with one you trust.

Maybe you're wearing the wrong size shoe's. If you stand a lot you may want to try an insert in your shoe's.
