You really should do both but if I had to choose one or the other I would say lifting weights is better for the over all health of a man what some people don't know is that lifting is also great for your cardio vascular system as well as strength but whatever kind of exercising you choose to do just remember 80% of how you look and feel has to do with your diet

A little bit of everything would be the best. Not only will you lift weights, jog, but you got to eat healthy food. It doesn't matter how much you exercise if you don't eat healthy

cardiovascular helps loose weight lifting weights builds muscle tissue but you could do 100situps a day and still have fat on your stomach you need jogging to help

People who run and exercise are probly healthier. It works on their cardio (heart health) and lung endurance. It also conditions your muscles and raises your heart rate, strengthening it. When you lift weights, it works on building muscles and strength, but doesn't long-term help internal health. There's also a high likelihood of popping blood vessels or straining something.
