Agree with sha and pure. Yoga and deep breathing can help. Before a situation that makes you particularly anxious try deep breathing.

Just be confident and accept yourself as a person! Embrace your personality (awkwardness, quirkiness, funny, shy) just roll with it and find a fun group of girls to fit in with!

Yes yoga can help or a simple deep breathing before you enter the school will help.

What helped me was going to the gym after school. I wasn't fat or anything but going to the gym or working out helped ease my anxiety. It will give you more self confidence.
