please help!!! Minecraft is installed on my desk top. I am running windows 8. when we click open it runs the program he enters his username and pw but only gives him the option of playing demo or purchase game :(

Well you can send them an email. If you have proof of purchase it should be fine.

You need to either contact the Minecraft company or go back to the website, log in, and THEN download. You may have only downloaded to trial/demo version of the game, hense you only getting the demo start up.
