There is no fast way to lose worthy, but what would be best is to keep doing small goals and you'll see your progress in no time. Drink 6+ cups of water a day, avoid junk food, a lot of carbs, sodas, grease for a better-'faster' result.

Don't drink soda( people who do are usually twice as fat as people who don't), take green coffee bean extract

Play football!!! Turn the beef into bulk. You could be every coaches dream at that age and weight!

The faster you lose the faster you will gain it back. Set small goals each month and stick to healthy eating, drink only water, eat as much raw veggies and fruit as possible.

Don't eat for 24 hours .. Then eat whatever you want .. Then don't eat for 24 hours. Basically for two days out of the week you choose. Don't eat at all. Then for the rest of the week eat what you want. This is a new British diet. Big rave in the UK. don go two days without eating though.

eat healthy. *4 meals a day and if a snack is good too* i usually eat protein with salads and milk and water some orange juice * also try to engage in activities as much as you can *and when your able to do daily activities then work up to hharder activities like jogging or push ups

To lose weight fast, you'll need to eat less and exercise more. Eat more vegetables and fruits, less meats. Keep doing exercise, half hours a day and 5 to 6 times per week.

Do crunches,jumping jacks,and take a jog every now and then. Also eat healthy and drink a lot of water.
