
okay, I'm 14 and I weigh about 130. I know it's bad. but it's mostly my butt.. anyways and spring break is in 4weeks and 1 day. and I really need to lose weight. HELP!

Also don't kill yourself doing this. Just eat healthy and walk every day. Be active!

Eat healthy, don't starve yourself because your body will transfer muscle into energy, not fat. And all if your muscle will turn to fat

Sit-ups and crunches while holding weights.Its all about the burn baby.Stay away from breads,have fun.

It is not going to happen before THIS spring break. If you want to try for next year you need to modify your diet. Only eat healthy organic foods. Processed foods and soda's are about the worst thing you can put inside you.You also need to find an exercise program that works your entire body... Not just your abdominal muscles. Good luck.
